Alan Clark’s men became the first team to book their place in the Last 8 of this year’s tournament with an easy win at Thohoyandou Stadium
Two first-half goals from Lesedi Kapinga and Themba Ndlovu were enough for Black Leopards to beat Amavarara 2-0 in the Last 16 of the Nedbank Cup on Friday.
This is the first time since 2015 that Lidoda Duvha make it into the quarter-final stage.
For Amavarara, this brings to an end what would have been a fairy tale run for them after winning their opening match of this year’s competition.
