Diaz vs Lawler: What has been said?

Diaz: “I’m actually way more of a dangerous fighter than I was when I fought Robbie Lawler the first time.

“I’m going to be really unstoppable having made the right decisions.

“I’m not going out there to call him names or, y’know, I’m going to be a lot more sportsmanlike, I think, out there.

“But that’s not what won me the fight last time. That surprised him a little bit, but I would have won the fight anyways.”

Dana White told the Jim Rome Show: “It’s good. Robbie Lawler flew in last night. He obviously wasn’t happy about it, but Robbie is a gamer.

“Robbie is a fighter. He’s going to do it. Those guys are going to fight on Saturday night at 185-pounds.

“It makes it a better fight, to be honest with you.

“17 years ago, this fight happened. These guys are a lot older and counting down to that 170-pounds takes a lot out of you. These guys are going to come in fresh. Neither one of them are going to have to cut.”
